1.       Joining the Chance 4 Fame Pub Network as a basic member is free.

2.       Only licensed premises are allowed to join the Chance 4 Fame Pub Network.

3.       Chance 4 Fame reserves the right to reject any pub application to join the network.

4.       Basic membership allows you to use the Chance 4 Fame logo to promote singing, talent, karaoke and open microphone events at your Pub.

5.       Your pub will be given a free basic listing on our website. This free lisiting consists of pub name and town only.

6.       If you would like to have a full listing: including full name, address and contact details listing, together with details of events at your pub, an annual fee is applied. You are not obligated to have a full listing and Chance 4 Fame will apply no pressure whatsoever for you to have a full listing.

7.       To hold Chance 4 Fame events, you must only use a Karaoke DJ that is accredited by Chance 4 Fame.

        Chance 4 Fame accredited KJs do not necessarily charge more for their services. It is your responsibility to negotiate a fee that is acceptable to you and to ensure you see their Public Liability insurance and PAT Certificates for their equipment.  

8.       Chance 4 Fame is a very ethical company. We encourage best policies and kind, customer friendly practices. If any complaint is made about your pub, we will investigate the complaint with great care. If we feel the complaint can be substantiated, we may choose to exclude your pub/ venue from the Chance 4 Fame Network. If we choose to do this, we will provide written details behind our decision. In the event that you have paid for a full listing, no refunds will be given.

9.       You are only permitted to use Chance 4 Fame posters, banners and materials that are approved by Chance 4 Fame Limited.   

10.   Chance 4 Fame hereby indemnifies itself from any liability for any event that you choose to run, that is promoted behind the Chance 4 Fame brand, where your customers are injured or make any case against you related to events held at your pub.

11.   Chance 4 Fame can provide free guidelines as to how to run an effective Chance 4 Fame event. These can be requested by sending an e-mail to david@sing4money.co.uk
